Ms. Ruchika Sharma obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours from Delhi University and also holds Associate Membership of the ICSI. She possesses over seven years’ experience specializing in Transaction advisory for various deal transactions and acquisitions of listed companies. She played a significant role in managing the highest number of Takeover Open Offers dealt with by the firm in the year 2015-16. Presently, she is working on a new product ‘Corporate Value Enhancer’ launched by CP.
