MCA has released a new eForm AOC-5 under the Companies Act 2013. eForm AOC -5 has to be filed with the Registrar of Companies under section 128 in case where the Board decides that all or any of the books of accounts and other relevant papers of the Company shall be kept at a place other than its registered office.
The said eForm shall be available for filing w.e.f. from 17th Jan 2014
