MCA vide notification dated 21st July 2016 has notified the following

• National Company Tribunal Rules 2016
• National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules 2016

Notification of the aforesaid rules have brought the much needed clarity as to the working of NCLT & NCLAT.
