MCA vide it circular no 2/2015 dated 11th February 2015 has extended the last date of filing Form CRA-2 without any penalty/late fee upto 31st March, 2015.

Please take note that form CRA-2 has to be filed in case of appointment of cost auditor. Earlier also, MCA has vide circular no 42/2014 extended the date of filing of the said Form without any penalty/late fee up to 31st January, 2015
