Extension of date for filing financial statements in XBRL Mode
Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular No. 69/2011 dated 30.11.2011, has extended the last date for filing financial statements in XBRL mode without payment of any additional fee, up to 31.12.2011 or within 60 days of their due date of filing, whichever is later, by
Companies covered under Phase 1(excluding exempted categories ) and
having their Balance Sheet date for FY 2010-11 on or after 31.03.2011.
