Disclosure of Track Record of the Public Issues managed by the Merchant Banker.

SEBI vide its circular no. CIR/MIRSD/1/2012  dated January 10, 2012 has directed the Merchant Bankers that in case of the Public Issues managed by them, a Track Record of the performance of the public issues shall be disclosed for a period of three financial years from the date of listing for each public issue managed. This information shall be disclosed on the website of the Merchant Bankers, the reference of which to be made in the offer documents.

This circular is applicable for the public issues listed from the date of this circular and for the public issues managed during the last three years, the track record shall be disclosed latest by March 31, 2012.
