MCA vide notification dated 24th September 2015 has amended the form MGT-7 vide the Companies (Management and Administration) Second Amendment Rules, 2015.

As per the amendment, in Form No. MGT-7, in paragraph I, under serial number (i), after "Global Location Number (GLN) of the Company", the following shall be inserted, namely:-
