Mr. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal (M.Com), Ex Director of Studies and Research and Ex Principal Director, Academics, Professional Development and Publications of ICSI had also held the positions as Dean, ICSI-Centre of Corporate Research and Training, Navi Mumbai, Officiating Secretary and Principal Advisor to ICSI. He possesses rich and diverse experience of over 45 years with forte in Company Law. Presently is heading the Research Division of the Group.

Mr. Aggarwal was Member of various committees/ Expert Groups set up MCA, SEBI, IGNOU and other bodies and had been closely associated with the Government of India in framing the Companies Act, 2013 and the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and the rules made thereunder. He has delivered lectures at various forums and authored numerous articles, research papers and books.
