In line with relaxation provided by MCA, now SEBI vide its circular dated April 23, 2020 has granted extension of 4 months for holding of AGM, to top 100 listed companies whose financial year is ending on December 31, 2020 from the stipulated requirement under Reg 44(5) of LODR.

Now, such top 100 companies (based on mkt cap as on March 31, 2020) having FY Jan-Dec 2019 may hold their AGM for FY 2019-20 by September 30, 2020 instead of May 31, 2020.
