In light of extension of the lockdown period till May 03, 2020. The Securities Appellate Tribunal (‘SAT’) vide its notification dated April 14, 2020 has extended its closure till May 03, 2020.

The registry of the SAT would re-open on May 04, 2020.

Further, all cases listed between April 15 to May 01, 2020 have now been listed on the last week of May, 2020.
