Amidst the outbreak of COVID-19 and prevailing travel restrictions and various other logistical challenges, SEBI vide its circular dated March 27, 2020, has extended the last date of filing of annual disclosure for the financial year ending on March 31, 2020 under Regulation 30(1), 30(2) and 31(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 from April 15, 2020 (seven working days from the end of FY 2020) to June 01, 2020 for ease of all.
