STOCK EXCHANGES CLEAR THE AIR FOR RESULTS OF FY 15-16

Reference to SEBI’s Circulars dated 25th May 2016 & 27th May 2016, thereby amending Regulations 33 and 52 of SEB LODR Regulations, BSE and NSE have issued Circulars dated 1st June 2016, thereby clarifying the position for the companies that have already submitted their results for the Financial Year 15-16:

1. Companies that have already submitted Form A, will be deemed compliance with the Circulars and they will not be needed to do anything else;
2. Companies that have not filed Form A, are required to give the Declaration within 30 days of the Stock Exchanges’ Circulars;
3. Companies that have submitted Form B, are required to submit Statement on Impact of Qualifications within a period of 60 days of the Stock Exchanges’ Circulars, in the stipulated format.
