Ms. Anjali Aggarwal, a Fellow Member of the ICSI has to her credit 19 years of experience in listed companies, Stock Exchange and SEBI related matters. She is an integral part of the Group for last 16 years and is presently the Partner & Head of Capital Markets Team of the Group. She has to her credit extensive experience in handling Capital Markets transactions viz. Rights Issues, Buybacks, Preferential Allotments etc and allied Stock Exchange/SEBI related matters. She has expertise in the subjects relating to Letter of Offers, Prospectus, Information Memorandums, Allotment of Securities, Private Placement of Equity/ NCDs, Buyback, Insider Trading Regulations & Delisting etc. She has been instrumental in planning & structuring various types of further allotments and listing related issues, obtaining SEBI’s Exemptions, Stock Exchange approvals and other clearances. She is innovative and methodical in her approach for providing value added services to the clients. Prior to joining Corporate Professionals, she had worked with RPG Group and Delhi Stock Exchange.

Ms. Aggarwal has served diverse sectors viz., Microfinance, Hospitality, Pharma, Travel & Forex, Jewelry, Electronics, Telecom, Education, Sugar, Food, Agro Chemicals, Software etc. and provided end to end solutions to their business requirements. She has travelled extensively PAN India and also overseas for business generation and Client meetings.

Ms. Aggarwal has been guest speaker at various Professional Development Programs/Webinars organized by ICSI, IICA and has appeared on Television shows. She has co-authored CP’s bestselling books on Companies Act, 2013 and has written various articles and quotes, which have been carried in financial dailies, business magazines and e-papers etc. She has guided her team in developing www.esoponline.in an online venture of the Group.
