MCA has placed the draft Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Amendment Rules, 2016 and draft Companies (Accounting Standards) Amendment Rules, 2016 on its website for inviting suggestions/comments.
Suggestions/comments on above mentioned draft along with justification in brief may be sent latest by 1st March, 2016 through email at cindas@mca.gov.in ( for draft Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Amendment Rules, 2016) and cas@mca.gov.in (for draft Companies (Accounting Standards) Amendment Rules, 2016 ) . It is requested that the name, Telephone number and address of the sender should be indicated clearly at the time of sending suggestions/comments.

Proposed amendment in Companies (Authorised to Registered) Rules, 2014
MCA has placed the draft rules for amendment in the Companies (Authorised to Registered) Rules 2014 on its website for inviting suggestions/comments. The proposed amendment aims to simplify the process of registration of firms and LLP into Company in line with the proposed suggestions of the Companies Law Committee.
